Known Application
Mexoryl SX is a relatively new ultraviolet UVA sunscreen, a water-soluble chemical sunscreen, and one of the most effective UVA sunscreens today. It has a low skin absorption rate and has been approved by the US FDA. However, Mexoryl SX does not absorb ultraviolet rays in all UVA bands, and it can decompose 40% when exposed to the sun for two hours, so it is often used with other sunscreens.
